This includes an extremely quiet Instant Hot Water Recirculating Pump System with built-in timer for tank water heaters. The 24hr timer allows you to program the start and stop times for when you want the recirculating pump to run. Typically, most households set it to run in the morning for 2 hours while the household is getting ready for the day - and 2-4 hours in the evening while the household is washing dishes and bathing/showering.

The pump is completely maintenance free. Once the system is installed, there is no maintenance or upkeep needed. The installation comes with a 1-year guarantee for all labor and parts. Installation is less than 2 hours by trained professionals.

Requirements:

• The residential household must have a standard tank water heater. This system will not work on tankless water heaters.

• The water heater must be located indoors.

• There must be a standard 120V power outlet within 8’ of the water heater.

• Currently only serving the Peninsula area.
